How to read this table:
*For all currency except GBP, AUD, FJD, NZD, EUR: Rates quoted
are in units of foreign currency units per $1US. If you are buying foreign
currency, use the BID rate. If you are selling foreign currency and
repatriating funds, use the ASK rate.
*For GBP, AUD, FJD, NZD, EUR: Rates quoted are in units of $US
per foreign currency units. If you are buying these currencies, use the
ASK rate. If you are selling foreign currency and repatriating funds, use
the BID rate.
